If you plan to drive your newly purchased vehicle from Germany to your country, we can arrange a temporary 5-day German licence plate including temporary third-party liability insurance (Green Card).

With this licence plate, you can legally drive your import vehicle within the entire European Union during the 5-day validity period. You are fully insured for liability during this time.

Delivery takes 1–2 working days after payment. The plates and documents are sent to the car seller's location in Germany.

To process your request, we need the following:

🛣 Also remember: If you're driving through Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, make sure you have any required highway vignettes and environmental (emission) stickers.

• We require prepayment before processing.
   

• After receiving payment, the documents are submitted to the German authorities.
   

• Delivery takes at least 2 working days.
   

• The licence plates are valid for 5 calendar days, starting from the date of issuance in Germany (not the delivery date).
   

• Courier delivery typically occurs during business hours, but exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
   

⚠️ Important:
Since the plates are issued by a German authority, delays can occasionally occur (e.g. document issues, courier delays).
We strongly recommend placing your order at least one day in advance.
Also, the original German licence plate must be officially cancelled at least 48 hours before we can issue the temporary plates.
