How does CarCheckFrank work?
We travel to the vehicle you want to buy and inspect it on-site at the seller/dealer. We work with certified inspectors across Germany so we can offer nationwide coverage. Our team consists of trained, professional automotive experts with real-world experience.

What information do I need to provide?
To inspect your vehicle, we need the make and model and the vehicle location/address. Ideally, send the listing link and copies/photos of the vehicle documents and service history (if available).
When will I receive the inspection results?
Right after the inspection, you will receive photos, videos and a short summary. Within 24 hours after the inspection, you will receive the full written report.

How fast can you inspect a car in Germany?
Appointments are typically available within 48 hours (depending on distance and seller availability).
Is the test drive included?
Yes. The inspection includes a 10–15 minute test drive.
Do you check accident damage?
Yes. We look for accident/repair indicators with a full exterior inspection and paint thickness measurement, and we check for visual signs of structural repairs.
Do you check the odometer (km)?
Yes. We perform odometer (km) plausibility checks using the available information (documents and control unit data where accessible). We also use our diagnostics tool to compare mileage data across accessible systems.
How will I receive the results?
Right after the inspection, you receive photos/videos via WhatsApp or email plus a short summary. Within 24 hours after the inspection, you receive the full written PDF report.
Can you help me drive the car home legally?
Yes. We can arrange German export license plates and normal German registration.
Can you deliver the car to my country in Europe?
Yes. We offer transport by driver within Europe with all-risk insurance. Price is on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment for a 100% refund. Within 24 hours, you receive a 50% refund.
Can I be present during the inspection?
Yes. You can be present during the inspection—we will inspect the car together and do the test drive. We have dealer plates, so a test drive is always possible.
What happens if the car is already sold and I already paid?
If the car is already sold, you will receive a full refund. We always contact the seller to confirm availability. We recommend asking for a purchase agreement/reservation confirmation—avoid paying any deposit before the inspection.
