Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

Our services include pre-purchase vehicle inspections, vehicle transport and delivery across Germany and Europe, as well as vehicle registration and insurance support.
Services commence once payment has been received and confirmed. Prices for all services are provided individually based on the client’s specific request.

2. Order Placement

A client becomes legally bound upon written confirmation of the service. Phone bookings are non-binding. All required documents, details, and information must be provided in full for proper service execution.

3. Vehicle Availability & Preparation

The client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available and ready at the agreed pickup time. Significant delays may result in additional charges.
If the vehicle is not ready or contains major defects that prevent transport, the client may be charged up to the full agreed service amount.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Service fees are due immediately, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be received before any service is carried out.
Additional costs incurred during service execution will be billed separately.
If the customer cancels the service after it has already begun, up to 100% of the agreed service fee may be charged.

5. Liability

All services are performed with due care. Inspection results reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of assessment. We cannot be held liable for defects or issues that are not detectable during the inspection.
Liability for damages arising from the client’s non-compliance or undisclosed vehicle defects is excluded.
Vehicles transported by us are insured. Our liability begins upon handover and ends upon delivery.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues, third-party service providers, or events of force majeure.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Amtsgericht Zwickau.
